Rodolfo de Santis
Born in Gallipoli, in the Puglia region of Italy, Rodolfo fell in love with food as a child at his
grandparents’ farm, helping in the cultivation of the vegetable garden and in the day-to-day
cooking. At the age of 14 he started his gastronomic trajectory studying at the Alberghiera
School, in Brescia, northern Italy. Throughout his international career, he worked at houses
such as Le Cinq Four Season de Paris (two Michelin stars) and La Pergola in Rome (three
Michelin stars).
In Brazil since 2010, Rodolfo worked in some restaurants until launching a solo career in 2015,
